Who is responsible for your data
UseItEU is operated by Brokerco S.A. For privacy requests, contact useiteu@broker-co.com.
Data we process
UseItEU does not provide public user accounts, contact forms or newsletters. It does not use advertising pixels or analytics tools.
When you visit the site, the hosting infrastructure may process technical data needed to deliver and protect it. This may include your IP address, requested page, browser and device information, approximate location derived from your IP address, timestamps, referring page and security or diagnostic logs.
If you contact UseItEU by email, we process your email address and the information you include in your message.
Why we process data
- To deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website, based on our legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To respond to messages and requests, based on our legitimate interests or, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Articles 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To comply with legal obligations where required (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Service providers and external links
UseItEU uses Vercel for website hosting, content delivery and security, and Supabase for server-side database infrastructure. These providers may process limited technical or operational data on our behalf.
Product links lead to external Amazon websites. Amazon processes data under its own privacy notice after you follow a link. UseItEU does not receive your Amazon account, payment or delivery details. It may receive non-identifying affiliate reporting about qualifying activity.
International transfers
Vercel, Supabase or their subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected through an adequacy decision, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard recognised by applicable law.
How long data is kept
UseItEU does not create public visitor profiles. Technical logs are retained only for as long as needed for security, troubleshooting and service operation, subject to provider settings and contractual retention periods. Email correspondence is retained until the request is resolved and afterwards only as long as reasonably necessary for legal, security or record-keeping purposes.
Cookies
UseItEU does not currently set its own analytics or advertising cookies. If non-essential cookies or similar technologies are added, this notice and the consent mechanism will be updated before they are used.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR and any applicable limitations, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to useiteu@broker-co.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in your country of residence or work.
Automated decisions and children
UseItEU does not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling and does not knowingly collect personal data from children through the website.
Changes to this notice
This notice will be updated before UseItEU adds accounts, newsletters, analytics, advertising technologies or other processing that changes the information described above. The latest version will remain available on this page.
